Ever since its creation in 2355, the Free Socialistic People's Empire of Deng has marched from victory to victory on its mission to liberate the galaxy. Their burning zeal enables the soldiers of Emperor Deng to endure any hardship and bear any load. The latter is especially important, since their equipment tends to be a bit on the heavy side.

Deng troopers are forbidden to waste ammunition by firing at unknown life forms, because their military doctrine acknowledges no unknown life forms, and their political doctrine proclaims that every unknown life form encountered would instinctively understand the need for universal revolution and join Deng's forces.
