Outlaw Russia (Known in Omsk as "Pirate Russia") like the Mirror Universe of Star Trek and the Bizzaro Earth of Superman, is a place where the normal rules of Russia are flipped on their heads. In Outlaw Russia, Putin is a kindly hot dog vendor who can never find a taxicab and Ivan Drago is constantly repairing figurines of Italian horses.

Outlaw Russia can easily be distinguished from Ordinary Russia by looking at Michail Gorbachev, who in Outlaw Russia has tattoed on his forehead a map of New Zealand instead of Switzerland.
