In the beginning there was only a static website and the 3 or 4 of you who visited know of what I speak. It was a quiet place and was unremarkable except for when you needed some smileys or some kick ass Railroad Tracks

Then after a few years there was a War in a Desert and the Politically Charged Bickering Masses (PCBM) were cast from their native land, and they roamed the web looking for a place to argue. Some were so desperate for a fix that they even argued among strangers in Foreign Lands

So it came to be that the kindly, but flatulent Gyrene saw the dispersal of the PCBM and wept, or at the very least thought that the situation sucked and took upon himself to do somefink and provide the PCBM and their kind a place to push their opinions on others in voluminous posts without fear of persecution, thus a Forum was born and it was called The Annex.

Most of the PCBM came, and they argued and argued and all was normal again, until it became apparent to Gyrene that the original forum software sucked, so then there came another forum and Gyrene drunk with his newly discovered php set up abilities added a whole bunch of extra crap to the site that frightened and confused many of the PCBM, but in the end all but the least sharp of the PCBM got on with it.

After the sudden and tragic stop of progress in Bughunter development, Elijah Meeks came up with an interesting idea that requires the use of something called a wee key or somefink, and so here we are.
